We are seeking a skilled and experienced Qualified Plumber to join our growing team in Tennant Creek. If you have a strong passion for delivering high-quality work, a solid track record in plumbing, and the ability to work efficiently and independently, we want to hear from you!

What You will Be Doing:

- Plumbing & Installation: Perform a variety of plumbing tasks, including installations, repairs, and maintenance for plumbing systems, drainage, and large-scale water systems. Ensure work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards.
- Operational Efficiency: Manage your workload effectively, ensuring all jobs are completed on time while adhering to QSE protocols. Keep track of daily tasks and report on job progress as required.
- Customer Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with clients by providing high-quality service and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Work with the Team Supervisor or Operations Manager when needed.
- Time Management: Organize your day efficiently to balance work execution and time for troubleshooting or additional tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience & Expertise: A qualified plumber with proven maintenance experience, demonstrating excellent skills in plumbing systems, repairs, and installations.
- Time Management: Exceptional time management skills, ensuring efficient handling of tasks and meeting deadlines consistently.
- Work Ethic & Reliability: Enthusiastic, reliable, and consistent, with a strong work ethic and a dedication to delivering quality results.
- Attention to Detail: High standards of workmanship, showing meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
- Independent & Team-Oriented: Able to work effectively unsupervised or collaborate within a small team to get the job done.
- Licenses & Certifications: Hold a current manual driver’s license to support job requirements.

Qualifications:

- Cert III in Plumbing
- Manual driver’s license
- White Card
- Strong WHS knowledge
- Police Clearance
- Ability to get an Ochre Card

Desirable Skills:

- Experience working in remote locations
- First aid certification, safety management, quality assurance, and leadership qualifications.
- Familiarity with SimPRO software is a plus.
